BRIGHT BALANCED THERAPY, LLC
Looking for ways to help your child reach their full potential?
We believe in the power of science, nature, and community to support your child's growth and development. We offer individual occupational therapy, consultations and coaching, and skills enrichment groups. Let us help you figure out how to help your child become their brightest and most balanced self. Skilled therapy interventions are fun and creative and do not feel like "therapy" to the child.
Our focus is that the child feels confident and empowered so they are delighted to overcome barriers, try new things, and grow.

Our pediatric OT has expertise in helping improve fine motor, sensory processing, self regulation, executive functioning, self-care, and life skills in children. Individual and group sessions have benefitted a wide range of children including those with ADHD, autism, anxiety, sensory processing disorder, motor-skill challenges, social-emotional challenges, or those that need extra time and practice to work on skills.
Grit: Empowered steps toward meaningful goals and perseverance beyond adversity.

We know that each person and situation is unique, and we individualize our supports with a holistic perspective.
